The Role
Position Title: Sports Arena Operations Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family benefits Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A prominent group of companies based in Abu Dhabi, with international collaboration and successful track records in diverse industries such as premium brand retail, fashion, F&B, And entertainment providing customers with the best visit experience : \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a sports arena\'s entertainment, retail, and food and beverage (F&B) areas. \xe2\x80\xa2 Balance the financial goals of the arena with the need to provide a high-quality customer experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend meetings and communicate effectively with colleagues, staff, stakeholders, and suppliers regarding updates, challenges, sales and revenue data analyzation to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards, including conducting regular inspections and monitoring staff adherence to procedures from hiring and training, scheduling, and performance evaluations of staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain the overall image (appearance and cleanliness) of the arena and may be involved in event planning and coordination in order to maximize the commercial potential of the entertainment, retail, and F&B areas while providing an enjoyable experience for arena visitors.

Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 40 years old and below \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Marketing or other related fields \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within the F&B, Retail and Sports/Entertainment industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in handling events is a plus \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
