About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for an Attendant to join with our Sports and Leisure department in Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa Kuwait.
To wash/sweep the pathways and pool surrounding areas regularly, as directed by Supervisor.
To ensure garbage bins are emptied regularly
To ensure that the beach & Pool areas have a continuous supply of clean towels
To ensure that all the soiled towels are removed from the guest areas and placed neatly in trolleys.
To maintain a high standard of cleanliness, tidiness and service of all outdoor landscaped areas
To carry out other reasonable duties as requested by management
Report for duty punctually, maintaining a high standard of personal grooming, wearing correct uniform and nametag at all times
Participate in any scheduled training and development programs
Provide a friendly courteous and professional service at all times
To clean and store cleaning equipment in its proper place
To report to the Team Leader of any unusual incidents, complaints, missing or damage hotel properties and lost & found items
Should be aware of and adhere to the lost and found procedure at all times
To know hotels policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
Experience working in a multi cultural / 5 star hotel environment with the similar role will be an added advantage.
