Job Description
We are seeking a Sponsorship & Event Execution Manager to lead the delivery of sponsorship activations and support high-profile sporting and community events. The role focuses on managing sponsor relationships, coordinating on-site branding and hospitality, and ensuring all contractual benefits are fulfilled to a high professional standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full sponsorship lifecycle from negotiation to activation. Maintain strong, ongoing partner and stakeholder relations. Coordinate VIP hospitality, protocol, and guest experience programs. Oversee event branding, partner activations, and award ceremony requirements. Ensure all sponsor rights are delivered accurately and consistently.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in sponsorship management or major event operations. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines. Availability to support on-site work during events.
