Job Description
\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x80\xb9As a Sponsorship Director, you will be responsible to develop the strategy, the go-to-market plan and negotiate deals. You will also ensure alignment with all key stakeholders and coordinate the discussions with the marketing relationships team. You job scope will also include: Sponsorship programs
- Develop programs that activate the strategy for FE assets
- Build the 5Y and yearly sponsorship/partnership strategy
- Build the sponsorship package value
- Marketplace assessment
- Research and identify potential new commercial partners and sponsors
- Ensure alignment with Miral\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x84\xa2s strategy and guidelines
- Build the initial contact
- Identify the potential collaboration areas
- Negotiate, draft and execute the agreement on behalf of all FE parties
- Coordinate the agreement content with the different parties (marketing, legal, operations\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa6)
- Lead the agreement signing
- Key account management
- Ensure FE teams manage day-to-day operations as per agreement
- Monitor the performance of the sponsorship
- Lead regular meetings with sponsors to grow the relationship
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in Marketing
- Minimum 10 experience
- With a minimum of 5 in sponsorships
- Analytical and Strategic thinker
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Capacity to influence
- Commercial focus
- A natural team leader with a confident, assertive and approachable personality
- Resourceful, pro-active and innovative thinker
- Agile
- Worked in the leisure industry
- Worked in the UAE or GCC countries
- Fluent Arabic speaker and writer
