In this role, you will be responsible to developing the strategy, the go-to-market plan and negotiate deals. Also, ensuring alignment with all key stakeholders and coordinate the discussions with the marketing relationships team. You job scope will also include:
Sponsorship programs
Develop programs that activate the strategy for FE assets
Build the 5Y and yearly sponsorship/partnership strategy
Build the sponsorship package value
Partner/sponsor identification
Marketplace assessment
Research and identify potential new commercial partners and sponsors
Ensure alignment with Miral’s strategy and guidelines
Build the initial contact
Identify the potential collaboration areas
Activate sponsorships
Negotiate, draft and execute the agreement on behalf of all FE parties
Coordinate the agreement content with the different parties (marketing, legal, operations…)
Lead the agreement signing
Relationship management
Key account management
Ensure FE teams manage day-to-day operations as per agreement
Monitor the performance of the sponsorship
Lead regular meetings with sponsors to grow the relationship
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
Educated to degree level or equivalent in Marketing
Minimum 10 experience
With a minimum of 5 in sponsorships
Strategic thinker
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Capacity to influence
Analytical and also c ommercial focus
A natural team leader with a confident, assertive and approachable personality
Resourceful, agile, pro-active and innovative thinker
Desirable:
Worked in the leisure industry
Worked in the UAE or GCC countries
Fluent Arabic speaker and writer
