Speech Therapist/Speech - Language Pathologist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Pathologist/Speech Therapist to join our dynamic team. Our Trauma Center is dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients with complex needs. As a Speech - Language Pathologist/Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective speech and language therapy.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with medical professionals, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide integrated care.
Contributes to the development of care plans.
Educate patients and their families about speech and language disorders and the therapeutic process.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
5-7 years of experience as a Speech Pathologist/Speech Therapist.
UAE experience is highly desirable.
Must hold DHA License or Registration as Speech Therapist/Speech - Language Pathologist
Strong clinical skills in assessing and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Compassionate, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferably Bilingual candidate is a MUST.
