The Center for People with Disabilities in Qatar is seeking an exceptional

Speech & Language Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with each client's needs and goals. Deliver evidence-based interventions using best clinical practices. Collaborate closely with a diverse team of specialists, including occupational therapists, ABA Therapists, psychologists, and Special educators, to ensure holistic service delivery. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and professional records in accordance with organizational policies. Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to program development initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution. Valid professional licensure/eligibility for licensure in Qatar. Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably working with individuals with disabilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and client-centered care. Proficiency in Arabic or English (bilingual proficiency is an advantage).
