in Qatar is urgently seeking a

compassionate and experienced Speech and Language Therapist

to join our team.

As a

Speech and Language Therapist

at our center, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals experiencing speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals, to develop and implement effective, evidence-based treatment plans. Your work will be crucial in promoting improved communication skills and enhancing the overall well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication abilities in children and adults with disabilities. Develop and implement personalized therapy plans based on assessment findings and individual patient needs. Provide evidence-based interventions for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care. Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, treatment plans, and patient progress. Educate patients and their families on strategies and techniques to support speech and language development or recovery. Stay current with the latest research, best practices, and tools in the field of speech therapy.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree

in Speech and Language Therapy or an equivalent qualification.

Proven experience

working as a Speech and Language Therapist, especially with individuals with disabilities. Strong

clinical assessment and diagnostic

skills. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

to engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Ability to work

independently

and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Empathy, patience, and a genuine

passion

for improving patient outcomes.

Fluency in both English and Arabic

(both spoken and written) is preferred.
