.Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Specifications Manager
to promote Venesta products toarchitects, consultants, and interior designers
, ensuring our products arespecified in upcoming construction and fit-out projects
.You will develop relationships, conduct presentations, identify new projects, and work closely with the sales team to turn specifications into confirmed orders.
Responsibilities
Promote Venesta products to architects, consultants, and designers. Get Venesta specified in major regional projects. Deliver
product presentations and CPD sessions
. Track and manage project pipelines. Support sales teams in converting leads into business. Attend industry events and build strong professional networks.Requirements
Degree in
Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering
. Minimum5 years' experience
inspecification or architectural sales
. Strong industry connections within UAE/GCC. Excellent presentation and communication skills. UAE driving license preferred.Why Join Us
