We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and driven Specification Manager to join our team, focusing on sanitary products with the ability to support tile specifications as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and key decision-makers to promote our tile and building materials.

Develop and maintain an extensive library of product specifications, details, and technical documents.

Engage in project meetings and discussions to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Provide expert guidance, technical support and product knowledge to clients and internal teams.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and create strategies for growth.

Conduct product training and presentations for clients and sales staff.

Stay current with industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in specification management or a similar role within the tile or building materials industry.

Strong technical knowledge of sanitary products and tile installation methods.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
