Responsible for preparing high-quality specialty coffee beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean and efficient cafe environment. Requires strong knowledge of brewing methods, espresso extraction, and latte art.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare espresso-based and manual brew drinks.
Calibrate machines and grinders daily; maintain consistency in quality.
Provide friendly, accurate service and product recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness, follow hygiene standards, and restock supplies.
Process orders via POS and support smooth daily operations.
Work as part of a team and assist in training when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience as a barista, preferably in specialty coffee.
Strong understanding of coffee origins, roasting, and brewing.
Skilled in latte art and espresso calibration.
Good communication and customer service abilities.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Education:
High school diploma preferred.
Barista training or certification is an advantage.
