Overview
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Speciality Leasing Executive to join a leading retail and real estate organisation. This role will focus on managing and growing the speciality leasing portfolio, driving revenue through leasing temporary spaces such as kiosks, pop-up stores, and promotional areas within high-footfall retail destinations. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales skills with an understanding of retail trends, tenant mix, and customer experience.
Responsibilities: * Identify, prospect, and secure speciality leasing tenants including kiosks, short-term stores, activations, and promotional stands.

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue potential across assigned assets.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing tenants, providing tailored leasing solutions that enhance customer experience and tenant mix.
• Negotiate lease agreements, ensuring commercial terms meet business objectives and legal compliance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer demand to identify new leasing opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of lease agreements and activations.
• Prepare regular reports on leasing activities, revenue generation, and pipeline performance for management.

Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.

• 3-5 years' experience in speciality leasing, mall leasing, or commercial real estate.
• Proven track record of achieving leasing targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of retail, F&B, and consumer trends within the UAE market.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
