We are currently recruiting for a Specialist - Marketing and Communications to join our Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility team in our Headquarters, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone.
Scope: Specialist-Marketing and Communications will help develop and implement the overall brand marketing strategy of Transguard Group and its subsidiaries.
Financial

• Help develop marketing strategies based on commercial and customer insight to achieve revenue and strategic goals with the best possible ROI.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to achieve the best possible support and pricing (where applicable) for all initiatives.
• Deliver marketing campaigns - on time, to budget, with results that meet or exceed KPIs.

Customer

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with BUs to develop an integrated sales and marketing approach that drives quality leads and helps to achieve sales goals
• Work with revenue-generating BUs to conceptualize, organise and deliver events that effectively position Transguard as a market-leading business.

Process

• Provide visual content (including graphic design, photography, videography, illustrations, and animations, among others) that support Transguard's communication goals.
• Lead photo/video shoots and edit the resulting deliverables to the highest possible standard.
• Manage other design needs such as business tenders, annual reports, presentations, signage and collateral as needed.
• Utilize the Adobe Creative Suite for all design requirements.
• Ability to research, articulate and translate customer needs into campaigns that position Transguard and Transguard Living as the solution they've been looking for.
• Work closely with the Director to develop social media and PR initiatives that will increase Transguard' s footprint in public awareness and traditional media.
• Where required, provide training for more junior members of the team on processes, software, and best practice.

Innovation

• Combine marketing best practices with current trends and business demand to create market-leading campaigns and initiatives.
• Develop engaging content for Transguard' s digital landscape, including website and social media, among others

Selection Criteria

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic design, visual communication, or related field
• 5+ years' experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong time and project management skills
• Must be able to demonstrate consistent revenue and customer growth through an always-on marketing approach.
• Proven track record of deriving, analyzing and utilizing customer insight
