Job Summary:

Crown Hospital One Day Surgery is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Specialist Urologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat disorders related to the urinary tract and male reproductive system, perform minor surgical procedures, and provide comprehensive urological care in compliance with DOH standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough consultations, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations for patients with urological conditions. Diagnose and manage urinary tract diseases, kidney disorders, male reproductive health issues, and related conditions. Perform minor urological procedures suitable for a one-day surgery setting. Interpret diagnostic tests, including ultrasound, CT scans, MRI, and laboratory results. Develop individualized treatment plans and provide follow-up care to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Prescribe medications and recommend lifestyle modifications where appropriate. Coordinate referrals and collaborate with other specialists for comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system and ensure compliance with DOH guidelines. Provide patient education on prevention, treatment, and post-procedure care. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement programs, and departmental meetings. Adhere to infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and ethical medical practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

MBBS and recognized specialty qualification in Urology. Valid DOH Specialist Urologist license or active DOH eligibility letter. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Urology (UAE experience preferred). Strong diagnostic, surgical, and clinical decision-making skills. Excellent communication and patient-interaction skills. Ability to work effectively in a one-day surgery setting. Proficiency with EMR systems. Languages: Hindi (Must), English
