Hiring a Specialist Talent Acquisition for our prestigious client in Abu Dhabi .
The Specialist Talent Acquisition and Onboarding will work independently and as part of a team on multiple recruitment projects, that span across many industries and business areas.
The position covers multiple areas of recruiting with emphasis on sourcing, selection and finalizing recruitment of the most suitable candidates that will meet our clients\' staffing needs
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field preferred, exchangeable for an associate degree with appropriate experience
4-5 years of experience on a Recruitment position
2+ experience in a BPO environment (recruiting for external clients) is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc
5-8 years of overall work experience
