Job Description
Top 5 Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation, configuration of SAP Commissions system on a daily basis ensuring completeness and correctness of commission plans and data in the system
- Support Business with all staff, partner, agency, point of sale commission scheme technical design, alignment, documentation and required Financial approvals
- Responsible for driving company sales and financial performance by using a range of tools to understand large, varying kinds of data, identify how to incentivize/ commission based on this data across the different sales touch points, aligning the same with Business and Technology stakeholders for implementation and data validation across relevant systems
- Manage, document and report on Finance commissioning projects while supporting Commercial and Technology initiatives, projects, change requests throughout the project life cycle i.e. requirements gathering, alignment with all stakeholders, solution design, development, testing, production deployment, post production validation and issue resolution
- Provide specialist skills in large data analytics, statistics, IT systems configuration, database management systems (Oracle) and tools to combine quantitative analysis skills with qualitative ones in order to identify and implement new commission schemes while improving on the existing schemes and processes
- SAP Commissions
- In-depth knowledge of reporting systems and programming/query languages (SQL, VBA, Oracle etc.). Ability to execute the development of Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL and Oracle-based reporting and analysis tools
- Excellent data analysis skills, understanding of data structures, reporting tools, database software and management systems. Candidate must have strong experience interpreting and analyzing complicated, disparate, large-scale data sets and visualizing findings in a way that conclusions and recommendations can be easily drawn
- Understanding of Sales Environment, both Consumer and Enterprise
- Exposure to and involvement with commission for Staff and 3rd parties
