HR Expert is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Specialist in Sports Medicine to join our team. This role is focused on delivering high-quality medical care to athletes, ensuring they receive the best treatment for their sports-related injuries and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of sports-related injuries and conditions. Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans tailored to individual athlete needs. Provide education on injury prevention and performance optimization strategies. Collaborate with coaches and trainers to monitor athlete progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Conduct workshops and seminars to educate athletes on health and wellness topics related to sports medicine. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in sports medicine to provide cutting-edge care. Participate in the design of physical conditioning programs that enhance athlete performance. Conduct pre-participation physical exams to ensure athletes are fit for competition. Manage emergency health issues and injuries that arise during training and competition.

Requirements:

Medical degree with a specialization in sports medicine. Board certification in sports medicine preferred. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a sports medicine setting. Strong knowledge of injury prevention, therapeutic interventions, and rehabilitation strategies. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Passion for sports and working with athletes of all levels. Commitment to continuous education and professional development in sports medicine.
