key Accountabilities:

  • Assist the Client Executive in managing and servicing Securities Services clients.
  • Oversee the service provided by the Operations teams to ensure it consistently meets client expectation and act as first point of escalation for all client-related queries.
  • Manage client new market opening documentation and administration requests.
  • Manage the administration and client communication for setting meetings, including creating and agreeing the meeting agenda, issuing invites, and engagement with various parties. Support assigned client due diligence visits, questionnaires, RFPs & RFIs and ensure delivery to the Service level agreements in place.
  • Prepare relevant presentation material and other client related administrative documents
  • Efficient management of the sales pipeline to ensure appropriate tracking of deals
  • Participate in the preparation of commercial proposals and presentation materials
  • Maintain an Account Plan for each client, including a comprehensive calling program on relevant stakeholders.
  • Ownership and tracking of custody fee billing process including follow up on unpaid fees
  • Oversee the successful conversion of pipeline deals and act as an escalation point for the client between Operations and Account onboarding team
Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:
  • Incumbent at this level is expected to have a Degree in a relevant discipline and/or qualification in Business Management.
Minimum Experience:
  • The applicant must have some knowledge of the custody and securities servceis business and at least 2 years' experience in the banking industry;
  • This level requires the incumbent to have good communications both written and oral;
  • Bilingual - Arabic and English;
  • The job holder must be flexible and enthusiastic and willing to work long hours.
