Key Roles & Responsibilities . Maintenance of the Business Management System in accordance with company requirements . Ensure that accreditations in accordance with ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 are upheld. . Maintain Client(s) contractual reporting tools and share statistics with Milaha on daily / weekly / monthly basis . Managing active achievement of Quality Management Plan and KPI targets therein . Measure Contract personnel performance and awareness to behavioral safety and to Client(s) process and protocol. . Conduct regular site visits and report improvement opportunities to Business Line Manager and assist them with the implementation . Maintain and continues to develop the matrix of permitted operations . Facilitate Hazop, SIMOPS, Hazid and SWIFT analysis and assessments with Clients and stakeholders . Assisit in Project/Contract personnel development, approvals and communication with authorities . Monitor and maintain systems awareness among the site, office and project personnel. Conduct awareness coaching as per Client(s) requirements . Advise on the safety and improvement of underwater operations under the scope of the contract(s) .. Perform other job-related duties as assigned Education & Professional Qualification: . Bachelor degree. . NEBOSH International General Certificate . TechIOSH certificate a plus . NEBOSH International Technical certificate in Oil & Gas Operational Safety a plus . NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Health & Safety Leadership a plus Professional Experience: 5 to 10 years experience in a similar role with offshore, ROV and Diving operations experience. Geographic Experience: N/A Computer Skills: Fully conversant with MS Office and web applications. Language Skills: . Busineess Fluent in English - both written and spoken is required . Arabic a plus Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge: . High degree of understanding of diving equipment, and operations (air and saturation) . High degree of understanding of Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) and Survey operations . Significant knowledge of following standards: ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 IOGP guidelines IMCA Guidelines . Mandatory to possess valid Qatar driving license to attend site visit as and when required Others: . Pleasant personality . Good interpersonal and communication skills
