Position Summary

We are seeking a

Specialist Psychiatrist

to join our growing mental health team. The ideal candidate will be DHA-eligible and passionate about delivering high-quality psychiatric care under the supervision and mentorship of the Senior Consultant Psychiatrist. This role offers excellent professional growth in a structured, collaborative, and ethical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assist in diagnostic clarification Manage treatment plans including medication management and follow-up reviews Provide clinical care to both adult and adolescent patients Collaborate with clinical psychologists, therapists, and support staff for holistic care Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with DHA and clinic standards Participate in team discussions and continuous learning activities under the direction of Dr. Aju Abraham Contribute to psychoeducation and support services for patients and families

Requirements

Medical degree with recognized specialization in Psychiatry

DHA Eligibility letter

as Specialist Psychiatrist (mandatory) 3 years of relevant clinical experience post-specialization Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage) Ethical, team-oriented, and sensitive to mental health care protocols
