Job Description

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
Monitor project progress and provide accurate schedule and cost performance reports.
Prepare cost estimates, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
Analyze variances and identify potential risks and delays; recommend mitigation actions.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and offshore teams for accurate planning data.
Ensure all planning and cost control procedures comply with company and project standards.
Support project controls reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:

Bachelor's in engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum 15 years of experience in project planning and cost control within the oil and gas industry, including offshore project exposure.
Strong knowledge of planning and cost control tools (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP, Excel).
Excellent understanding of project lifecycle, budgeting, and earned value management.
Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
