Specialist - Planning and Inventory Management

What you\'ll deliver

• You\'ll manage inventory replenishment, forecast, and conduct monthly reviews with the Head of Fulfilment on year-to-date consumption.

• You\'ll work with Engineering Material Planners to decide on courses of action to minimize or eliminate stock outs and progression of Vendor serve as subject matter expert for the introduction and progression of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), Performance Based Contract (PBC) and Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

• You\'ll lead meetings to align forecasting and inventory provisioning across Business Units such as Engineering, Business Technology and Airport Fire Services to meet demand

• You\'ll extract the ageing inventory list from Oracle GRP and Maximo and present the list to the relevant business users for their review. You\'ll also work closely with the Category Management team in integrating inventory management elements in contacts within the organization

• You\'ll review inventory KPIs, purchase frequency, lead times, and critical stock factors to rationalize stock levels and revise order levels

What you bring

• You should be educated to a Bachelor\'s degree level in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or in a related field, acquired 5 - 7 years of overall experience in Supply management, with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in inventory management.

• You\'ll have hands-on experience with inventory management software, such as Oracle or SAP

• You\'ll have certifications such as Certified in Production and Inventory Management (APICS CPM) or CIPS

• You\'ll have experience in roles that require regular communication with various internal stakeholders
