Alesayi Specialized Dental Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled
Specialist Pedodontist
to join our growing team on a
one-day-per-week
basis. The candidate
must hold a valid MOH license
and will work under a
revenue-sharing compensation model
. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing children's oral health, including prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of dental conditions in infants, children, and adolescents -- while ensuring a positive, safe, and child-friendly environment. Experience with
comprehensive dental treatments under General Anesthesia (GA)
is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Pediatric Care:
Examine, diagnose, and treat dental conditions in children, including caries, developmental defects, and growth anomalies.
Behavior Management:
Utilize advanced child behavior guidance techniques to ensure comfort and cooperation during dental visits.
Preventive Dentistry:
Apply fluoride treatments, sealants, and deliver patient and parent education on proper oral hygiene and nutrition.
Restorative & Surgical Procedures:
Perform pulpotomies, pulpectomies, stainless steel crowns, extractions, and minor surgeries tailored to pediatric needs.
General Anesthesia Cases:
Plan and perform full-mouth rehabilitation and comprehensive dental treatments for children under
General Anesthesia (GA)
in a hospital or clinical setup.
Emergency Care:
Manage trauma, infections, and acute dental pain in pediatric patients effectively and promptly.
Parental Guidance:
Educate parents/guardians about preventive measures, diet modification, and post-treatment care.
Collaboration:
Work closely with general dentists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists to deliver integrated pediatric dental care.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, radiographs, and GA case reports.
Requirements:
License/Certification:
Valid
MOH license (Mandatory)
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in pediatric dentistry (UAE experience preferred)
Special Skills:
Must be able to perform
comprehensive pediatric dental cases under General Anesthesia (GA)
Availability:
One day per week (scheduled with clinic management)
Compensation:
Revenue-sharing only
(no fixed salary)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a gentle, child-centered approach.
