We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dentist to join our dental clinic in Beda Zayed, Al Dhafra Region. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing a wide range of dental care to children, from infants to adolescents, in a comfortable and welcoming environment. This role requires excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach to ensure that each child has a positive dental experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive dental care to children, including exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and space maintainers.
Diagnose and treat dental conditions and oral diseases in infants, children, and teenagers.
Develop individualized treatment plans for young patients, addressing their specific needs and ensuring comfort throughout the process.
Educate parents and children on proper oral hygiene practices, diet, and preventative care.
Administer sedation or anesthesia when necessary for specific procedures, following safety protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
Foster a friendly and positive environment to help children feel at ease during dental visits.
Requirements:
Education:
DDS, DMD, or equivalent degree in Pediatric Dentistry from a recognized institution.
Licensure:
Valid DOH license
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with young patients and their families.
Knowledge:
Up-to-date knowledge of pediatric dental techniques, behavior management strategies, and child psychology.
Work Environment:
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
