1. Embrace and uphold the highest professional, ethical, and moral standards set by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
2. Excel in obtaining accurate and comprehensive patient data through thorough medical histories, study models, and radiographs.
3. Lead in examinations, evaluations, and treatments for each patient under your exceptional care.
4. Provide top-notch preventive, therapeutic, and restorative dental care tailored to the unique needs of pediatric patients.
5. Collaborate with the best team to refer patients when treatment modalities beyond the clinic's scope are necessary.
6. Spearhead a commitment to maintaining a sterile and disinfected environment during the delivery of oral care.
7. Act as a mentor, educating patients and their parents/guardians on the prevention of dental caries and other dental conditions.
8. Attend and actively participate in Clinic Staff meetings, contributing your expertise to elevate the entire team.
9. Offer constructive input on the performance and technical skills of dental auxiliary staff, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
10. Champion a culture of teamwork, dedication, and respect to create an exceptional and supportive clinic environment for patients, families, and staff.
11. Eagerly take responsibility for performing other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Strong clinical expertise in pediatric dental diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient management.
Ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
In-depth knowledge of and adherence to the latest pediatric dentistry practices and DHA regulations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate and engage with young patients and their families.
Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
A Master's degree in Pediatric Dentistry from a recognized institution (e.g., MSc, MClinDent, M.D.S or an equivalent internationally accredited qualification).
Valid DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai, UAE.
