About the Job
  • Assists in the contribution to the business development, marketing, and client relations within Offshore Logistics, by supporting the Marketing Manager.
  • Delivers exceptional Client Services to existing and potential Clients as well as supports the companies market awareness and footprint for maximizing profitability.
Key Accountabilities
  • Support the commercial process of the Commercial (Logistics & Offshore) division
  • Assists in identifying sales leads by promoting integrated logistics services and solutions to new clients and emerging markets
  • Assists in preparing business development reports
  • Supports in Analyzing and creating strategic marketing and sales plans to contribute to companies\xe2\x80\x99 growth by focusing on changing demands, market competitiveness, cost optimization and technology
  • Assists in identifying strategic business opportunities for successful revenue growth and reports to the Management for further execution
  • Assist in the execution of business development analyses with primary focus on client needs and market demand/supply
  • Establishing and maintaining client relations by focusing on generating new business opportunities towards revenue growth
  • Analyzes market demand and supply by advising the Business Unit on outcome for strategic project target
  • Assists in preparing business cases which identify new opportunities provided by the Business Units for further development of investment/commercial cases.
  • Responsible for ensuring highest company representation in line with companies branding guidelines
  • Analyzes potential strategic partnerships to optimize companies\xe2\x80\x99 portfolio and increase companies\xe2\x80\x99 profitability
  • Assists in providing and coordinating trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to Clients, as and when applicable
  • Coordinate Annual Client Satisfaction Surveys and identify area of improvement
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Maritime, Shipping, Engineering or relevant degree
  • At least 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Oil and Gas Industry, at least 3 of which should have been in marketing, research & administration business at a supervisory level
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Commercial segment of the Oil & Gas industry
  • In-depth knowledge in relevant Oil & Gas Business, Maritime, Offshore and Logistics Services, in addition to relevant regulations with sound knowledge in Oil & Gas production operations
  • Ability to perform complex business analytics
  • Knowledge of strategic management, business planning and sales management
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
