Job Description

We are hiring a highly skilled Logistics, Shipping, Customs Clearance, and Banking Compliance Specialist to join our fast-growing group specializing in wholesale electronics and international trade.

The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in shipping operations, customs procedures, trade documentation, and banking compliance, especially in managing the flow between shipments, invoices, and bank transfers.

Note: Only candidates with Arab nationality and fluent English language skills will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate local and international shipments with freight forwarders and logistics partners.

Prepare, classify, and verify all shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, etc.).

Ensure accurate and compliant customs clearance operations across UAE and GCC countries.

Match invoices and shipping documents with corresponding bank transfers for compliance audits.

Prepare and organize complete document sets required for banking inquiries (invoices, shipping proofs, contracts, payment justifications).

Draft professional email responses to banks regarding transaction inquiries, trade activity explanations, and compliance support.

Strengthen the company's compliance posture with accurate documentation and timely submissions.

Manage CDD, KYC, and transaction review requests from banks professionally and in a timely manner.

Maintain organized, audit-ready files for all shipments and related financial transactions.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and banking compliance roles.

Strong understanding of international shipping documents and banking transaction protocols.

Familiarity with UAE/GCC customs regulations and banking compliance standards (CDD, KYC, transaction matching).

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure.
