The role will be responsible for managing high level relations with partners and growing them inside the kitchen to achieve order / AOV targets through different sales channels and marketing tools. The role will also be looking into developing virtual brands with each partner.
What's On Your Plate?
Being the main POC between the brands and the kitchens' team
Coordinating and implementing marketing launches/activities
Coordinating with Business Development, Operations and Logistics dps to ensure smooth operations in kitchens
Revamping menus and prices to fit market need
Revising strategies for brands with suboptimal performance
Assisting brands in creating virtual sub-brands to increase order volume
Working on loyalty programs to increase customers' frequency/loyalty
Analyzing market gaps to recommend the right mix of brands/cuisines for specific markets
What Did We Order?
Min 2 years in e-commerce, food tech or F&B industry
Data driven and skilled in using and interpreting data
Proactive, and independent, with high level of ownership and accountability
Understanding of various trending tools is an advantage
Meeting with key stakeholders (internal & external) and extending support as required
Basic Knowledge of MS-Excel is an advantage
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Preferred experience in Looker, Tableau or any other data analysis tools
