Overview

Responsible for network maintenance, routers, switches, multifunction devices, mobile devices, etc. Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of servers, computers, laptops, and hardware and software devices. Responsible for the management and configuration of Active Directory, Domain Controller, Windows Server, etc. Responsible for Antivirus & Malware systems, data security in IT systems. Provides technical solutions and troubleshooting of network problems, hardware devices and software systems. Installs and configures software programs required by employees according to their positions. Reports on time and takes action to resolve IT problems that affect the smooth running of the company's processes. Monitors and reports on the performance of maintenance and backup processes for computers, servers, hardware and software devices, etc. Researches and proposes solutions for new hardware and software systems. Maintains, installs and configures computer systems, diagnoses and provides technical solutions for hardware/software and network defects

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar. Have good knowledge of Windows 10, 11 and Server operating systems. Have good knowledge of basic active directory services and mail systems. Have good knowledge of help-desk troubleshooting and user support. Have good knowledge of data security systems, antivirus, etc. Have good knowledge of supporting equipment such as printers, photocopiers, scanners, etc. Have good knowledge of networks, firewalls, VPN, routing & wireless.
