MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE: To maximize the value delivered of the assigned products or projects by clearly understanding business needs, translating them into actionable requirements and supports the development teams during the delivery cycle. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gathers information from stakeholders across different departments to understand their needs and challenges and validate business requirements.
Leads the impact analysis of the change across different business departments and systems, supporting the project team to adhere to project discovery and implementation plan ensuring projects are delivered within approved scope, cost and timelines.
Manages and communicates the initiative roadmap, ensuring all stakeholders have a roadmap view, capacity is planned accordingly, and dependencies are managed.
Ensures that the business value delivered through the change program are tracked and kept up to date with each release.
Supports business functions in planning and managing transitions related to new system implementations or modifications to existing systems.
Identifies industry trends, emerging technologies, and shifting market demands to help the organization remain competitive and forward-looking.
Collaborates with relevant stakeholders to create strategic roadmap, supporting scouting solutions, feasibility, and the execution of Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Assess current workflows and identifies inefficiencies, to optimize business processes, leading to cost savings and improved productivity.
Identifies areas where service requests can be automated, or a UI can be built to reduce repetitive requests.
Supports the team in resolving the root cause of recurring issues resulting in a reduction in incidents raised.
Supports the team in ensuring minimum SLA compliance for both incidents and service requests.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
Fluent in English
7 - 9 years

ISR Requirements: Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
