1. JOB DETAILS: Job Title: Specialist, Integrity Assurance (AIPS) Location: Head Office, Abu Dhabi

2. JOB DIMENSIONS: Direct Reports: Nil Indirect Reports: Nil

3. JOB PURPOSE: Support the Asset Integrity Department by providing the necessary analytical and monitoring reports that will serve as aid in decision-making and basis for action plans.

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Job Specific Accountabilities . Prepare analytical and monitoring reports on AIPS performance measures, indicators and action plans that will serve as aid for decision-making. . Support any AIPS-related engagement and activities to ensure completion of the activities, and any requirements are complied with. . Follow-up and monitor on audit activities to ensure these are carried out and necessary reports are prepared/submitted. . Provide support in the establishment of an Asset Integrity Management System by following up and ensuring that requirements are complied with. Generic Accountabilities Supervision . Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives. . Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives. Budgets . Provide input for preparation of the functional budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver Section objectives. . Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures . Implement approved Section / Department policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Section's / Department work programs in line with Company and International standards. Performance Management . Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the function in line with the Company Performance framework. Innovation and Continuous Improvement . Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes. . Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with best Industry standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function. Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability . Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices. Reports . Provide inputs to prepare Section MIS and progress reports for Company Management.

5. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Internal . Line Manager . Members of the department . Finance, Internal Audit, Corporate Governance and Legal Departments . Other departments - involved in asset management/operations (i.e. Operations Group/Commercial Group) External . Other ADNOC Group Company staff and ADNOC HQ staff as may be necessary

6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Minimum Qualification . Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related discipline Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills . 8 years of administrative experience, in AIPS or HSE related functions in an oil/gas or petrochemical environment . With exposure to Quality and HSE Management systems, best practices in AIPS . Adept and well-versed in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel) . Working experience in any other analytical tools will be an advantage Professional Certifications . Certification in AIPS Professional or any relevant certifications will be an advantage.

Job Purpose

Provide technical expertise with experience based in the field of Facilities Integrity, inspection, integrity assurance, and certification, including Risk Based Integrity management with Extensive exposure to Static Equipment Integrity.

Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)

. Provides advice and assistance to Company's divisions regarding facilities integrity, in particular advice on Material Selection, Risk Based Maintenance (RBI), remnant life assessment, QA, fitness for service testing and inspection. . Develops, implements and follow-up of specific facilities integrity programs based on Company's Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS). . Analyzes equipment and plants/pipelines inspection data at all sites using appropriate state-of-the-art analytical and statistical tools and techniques. Identifies areas of concern pertaining to plants, pipelines units, processes, systems, equipment families, equipment vendors, individual equipment or equipment components and provide recommendations for improvement, as appropriate. Disseminates pertinent lessons learnt to concerned plant personnel for sharing cross field experience. . Assists in troubleshooting plant chronic problems related to equipment/installations. Participates in the root cause analyses of major/critical equipment failure or the repetitive failure of minor/critical equipment failure or the repetitive failure of minor equipment. Recommends solutions, follows up on field implementation and conducts reliability audits. . Manage all aspects of integrity projects, including the following activities: develop pipeline purge and cleaning plans; assess integrity; asses inspection data; develop dig and repair or replacement plan; manage the inspection data; document and assure compliance with Company's Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS) and Operator Qualification Plan. . Integrate historical integrity data into the database to develop a comprehensive integrity picture of the line segments being assessed; maintain/update the integrity data base for each project; provide input and facilitate the risk assessment process; enhance the Company's AIMS to maintain consistency with industry developments and government regulations.
