You will have proficient desktop application skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, e-mails, and other software systems.
As an IT Application Specialist, you will interact with individuals in all areas of the business as you assist users in maximizing the usage of technology, provide information, assist in problem resolution and respond to user requests. You will maintain logs, documents, and records on Information Technology problems and be eager to learn and expand within this function. You will maintain corporate software and hardware asset management and provide IT first-level support to both the business and guests.
About You
You will have the unique opportunity to learn and practice various assignments within the Information Technology function. This will not develop you only as a well-rounded IT professional but will also prepare you to take the next step in your professional career!
Ideally, we'd like you to have a relevant bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role with a fundamental understanding of hospitality software like Galaxy, Symphony, Opera, and Front Office Systems. You will need to have extensive knowledge of 2+ years experience working in 5 stars hotel as an IT, Specialist or similar.
