- You participate in the development of business plans (forecast, budgets and long-term planning)
- You participate in the preparation of analytical reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual level
- You create reports on employee expenses
- You create analyzes for internal and external users
- You collaborate on projects to develop information systems in the field of controlling
- You create reports for the purposes of statistical reporting
- You work closely with the finance and human resources sector
- You analyze and summarize information and trends
- You create and monitor KPIs in the area of human resources
Job Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret numbers
- Advanced use of Excel
- Experience in the field of controlling or Compensation&Benefit (C&B)
- Higher education in economics or mathematics
