About the role

As a HR Specialist you will become partner with global talent COE (Centre of Excellence), HR business partners and business leaders. Your goal will be implementing strategic Talent initiatives in the region, managing global learning, and developing program. Also, you will localize global training materials and corporate trainings, schedule and facilitate sessions in local languages. As a member of Carrier team, you will promote and sustain Inclusion & Diversity practices, embed core culture led behaviours in workshops and communication and as well you will support People Relations management daily tasks deployment.

As a minimum you must have:

Relevant HR functional experience of 3-5 years, ideally in Talent development or HR generalist or similar functional expertise area with a multi-national organization Ability to influence multiple stakeholders, assertive by conviction and collaborative by nature with strong people skills Digital literacy competence for MS Office (PPT/Word/Excel), Zoom Arabic native speaker with good command of English as working language.

Main responsibilities:

Work with stakeholders to deploy employee engagement survey including communication, activation, report generating. Promote tools and technology to support performance management yearly cycle. engagement action planning and leadership development review. Manage Learning Management System (Success factors) deployment, activation and system admin support on tools, system navigating and report generating. Talent development related knowledge articles' creation and management. Handle complex query consulting in Service Now system within certain SLA and customer satisfaction rating, summarize and escalate most frequent asked questions to enhance knowledge transformation in the organization.
