Walk In Interview from 16apr to 20apr (between 11am to 2pm) Supervise and manage individualized health programs over time. Conduct routine health check-ups. Provide comprehensive wellness exams. Build a long-term relationship with patients. Review patient files and maintain records for allergies, medical problems, medications, immunization status, and familial history. Examine patients for symptoms. Order diagnostic tests for evaluation of medical conditions. Interprets diagnostic test results. Schedule follow-up examinations. Administering vaccinations. Administers or prescribes treatment. Educating and counseling patients in the prevention and management of the disease. Act as a life coach and educate the patient about diet, physical activity, weight, and habits. Assess the growth and development of a child. Monitor age-appropriate cancer screening and identify emerging medical conditions. Provide recommendations and referrals to a specialist doctor. Offers birthing, fertility, and birth contraceptive aides. Provides prenatal care to pregnant women. Provides postnatal care to mothers and infants. Provide diagnosis after a thorough evaluation and discuss treatment planning. Order diagnostic tests and diagnostic images for evaluation of a medical condition. Determines and prescribes medication, dosage, and schedule according to the patient's condition and allergies. Provides a renewal of prescriptions and refills. Inform the patient about the medicine's administration method and warn the patient about the potential side effects. Promote good health and wellness through lifestyle interventions. Monitor and follow up with a patient regarding progress in high-risk or emergency cases. A family medicine doctor plays a pivotal role in upholding primary care ethics.
