Role Overview We are seeking a qualified and experienced Specialist Endocrinologist to join a prestigious medical centre in Oman. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality endocrine care and managing a diverse patient population with empathy and clinical excellence. Duty Hours Split duty schedule: - Morning: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM - Evening: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Additional Benefits: Attractive package including accommodation, transportation, annual leave, and medical insurance (details to be discussed during interview) Candidate Profile - Qualifications: MD / DM / equivalent in Endocrinology - Experience: Minimum 3-5 years post-specialization preferred - Licensing: Eligibility or existing license with OMSB (Oman Medical Specialty Board) is an advantage - Language: English proficiency required; Arabic is a plus - Soft Skills: Compassionate, culturally sensitive, and committed to patient-centered care Responsibilities - Diagnose and manage endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, and metabolic conditions - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care - Maintain accurate medical records and comply with regulatory standards - Participate in health education and awareness initiatives - Contribute to continuous improvement and clinical excellence
