Job Purpose
Provides technical expertise and leadership in the execution of coiled tubing interventions and services. Ensures the safe, efficient, and successful delivery of coiled tubing operations to meet client requirements and operational objectives.
Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)

• Provide technical guidance, supervision, and support to coiled tubing crews during the planning, preparation, and execution of coiled tubing interventions, including cleanouts, perforating, logging, and stimulation treatments.
• Collaborate with engineering, planning, and logistics teams to develop job plans, equipment selections, and contingency measures to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of coiled tubing interventions.
• Monitor and evaluate equipment performance, job progress, and operational parameters during coiled tubing operations, identifying opportunities for process improvements and technical innovations.
• Conduct pre-job inspections, tests, and maintenance checks on coiled tubing equipment and tools to ensure their integrity, functionality, and readiness for deployment.
• Liaise with clients, service contractors, and regulatory authorities to address technical inquiries, resolve operational issues, and ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

• 5 years of experience in coiled tubing operations, including field supervision and technical leadership roles.
• In-depth knowledge of coiled tubing equipment, tools, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Strong understanding of downhole well conditions, formation characteristics, and completion designs relevant to coiled tubing interventions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and software used for data analysis, reporting, and technical calculations.
