Job Description

Assess skin, hair, and nail conditions; discuss patient goals (medical or cosmetic); create treatment plans. Identify dermatological conditions (acne, rosacea, pigmentation, scars, hair loss, etc.) and recommend appropriate medical/aesthetic solutions. Prescribe medications (oral/topical), monitor progress, and adjust treatment as needed. For hair removal, pigmentation, tattoo removal, scar reduction, and skin rejuvenation. Administer Botox, dermal fillers, PRP (platelet-rich plasma), mesotherapy, etc. Improve texture, tone, and reduce acne scars/pigmentation. Microneedling, radiofrequency, ultrasound-based therapies. PRP injections, mesotherapy, and counseling for hair restoration options. Ensure sterile techniques, safe use of devices, and manage any complications. Record patient history, procedures, progress, and informed consents. Post-procedure monitoring, guidance on skincare routine, and complication management. On skincare routines, preventive measures (sun protection, diet, lifestyle). Provide realistic expectations about aesthetic outcomes. Ensure patient satisfaction, confidentiality, and ethical practice. Guide aestheticians, nurses, and technicians in procedures and patient care. Keep up with new technologies, products, and best practices in aesthetic dermatology. Follow healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and licensing requirements.
