JOB SUMMARY / SCOPE: Specialist Dermatologist will be an expert in treating skin, hair, nail, and mucous membrane disorders and diseases. Specialist Dermatologist will address cosmetic issues, helping to revitalize the appearance of the skin, hair, and nails.
This position reports directly to the Medical Director in accordance with the organization chart. His/her administrative and supervising responsibilities are limited to his/her field expertise. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Give the best possible care to patients in the Center and ensure that a high professional standard of care consistent with the resources available is provided to all patients. Abide by the rules of the Department. Observe ethical standards compatible with contemporary medical practice. Provide and maintain medical, dental and health professional education and continuing interdisciplinary health professional education. Promote evidence-based decision-making. Contribute to the development of and comply with the By-Laws, the Rules and Regulations and the policies of the Center. Ensure that a high professional standard of care is provided to patients under their care within the privileges assigned. Maintain involvement, as a recipient, in continuing medical and interdisciplinary professional education to meet minimum DHA requirements. Recognize the authority of the Medical Director, and the Clinic Manager. Notify the Medical Director or Clinic Manager of any actions or claims that may arise that may have an effect on the licensure of the employee to practice medicine. Attend all meetings of the Departments to which the Medical Staff member is appointed (unless excused). Provide consultations on patients, as required. Contribute to the production of Clinical Guidelines, Critical Care Pathways and Managed care processes as needed for the care of their patients or upon the request from their Head of Section or Department. Perform such other duties as may be prescribed from time to time by the Clinic Manager and the Medical Director. Participate in continuous quality improvement of the Center as and when required and any other work assigned by the Medical Director within the scope of the job. Coordinating in the quality practice guidelines & library of measures with the concerned & Quality department. THE DUTIES OF THE DERMATOLOGIST INCLUDE ADMINISTERING THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES/ TREATMENTS: Fillers Botox Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) for skin and hair Laser Hair Removal Neck Lift Hand Rejuvenation Nose Lift Non-Surgical Skin Tightening Eye Lift/ Eyebrow Lift (Non-Surgical) Fat Reduction Varicose Veins Face and Chin Lifting (Non-Invasive) Body Sculpting IV Drips Breast Enlargement Pigmentation Removal Butt Lift Treatment of Acne Dermatitis and eczema Treatment of fungal infections, including oral thrush, ringworm, athlete's foot, and balanitis Hair Loss Treatments treatments to remove persistent warts, nail Problems- Ingrown nails, fungal infections, and various other conditions including Psoriasis and Rosacea EDUCATION Medical Degree (MBBS). MD will be preferred. Licensed by DHA.
Western educated and trained. Previous working experience as a Dermatologist in Aesthetic Clinic for 3 year(s) with existing client/patient database LANGUAGE SKILLS Russian (compulsory) English (compulsory) Arabic (optional) SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Ability to perform Botox procedures, etc., in addition to other skincare treatments. A strong/confident personality Ability to deal with VIP clients. Proficient in area of sales (ability to simplify services offered) OTHER: LICENSURE/REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

• Currently licensed in country of origin.

• Valid DHA/HAAD license
