Job Summary:

Crown Hospital One Day Surgery is seeking an experienced and patient-centered Specialist Dermatologist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions, perform cosmetic dermatology procedures, and ensure high-quality patient care in line with DOH standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed consultations and skin assessments for patients of all ages. Diagnose and treat dermatological conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, infections, allergies, and pigmentation disorders. Perform dermatological procedures including biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, cauterization, and other minor procedures. Carry out cosmetic dermatology services such as laser treatments, chemical peels, fillers, Botox, PRP, and skin rejuvenation (as applicable). Develop personalized treatment plans and provide follow-up care for patients. Interpret diagnostic tests and lab results related to dermatology cases. Maintain accurate and complete patient records in the EMR. Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety standards. Provide patient education regarding skincare, treatment options, and preventive measures. Collaborate with other clinical departments to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. Participate in audits, quality improvement activities, and clinical meetings as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

MBBS and recognized postgraduate qualification in Dermatology. Valid DOH Specialist Dermatologist license Minimum 3-5 years of dermatology experience (UAE experience preferred). Strong clinical and cosmetic dermatology skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with EMR systems. Ability to work effectively in a one-day surgery environment.
