About the Job
Support implementing Corporate Performance Management System (CPMS) within the company, to ensure intended company\xe2\x80\x99s strategy is being implemented through KPIs/ strategic initiatives monitoring and reporting.
Key Accountabilities
Support in finalising the potential Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Strategic initiatives to be included in the Corporate Performance Score Cards to ensure seamless strategy execution and
implementation by reviewing the Business Plan and updated Strategy of the Company.
Identify and implement the business actions plan underlying the performance gaps.
Support in structuring Business segments/ Support function\xe2\x80\x99s score cards through cascading corporate KPIs/ strategic initiatives and translating business unit\xe2\x80\x99s business plan targets & initiatives into
measurable metrics.
Ensure performance reporting cycle is well co-ordinated and meet the management timeline, by analysing and coordinating the collection of performance data from business segments / support
functions on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Support in reporting Corporate Performance results in various management meetings, to ensure all performance related issues are flagged proactively and coordinate for recover plan to meet the year-end targets.
Support in maintaining and uploading the necessary data to Corporate Performance Management System on timely manner.
Support in communicating performance results, as appropriate, across the company to ensure performance driven behaviours to implement intended company\xe2\x80\x99s strategy.
Facilitate opportunities for the continuous improvement of company performance by participating benchmark exercise, internal analysis etc.
Support in validating the actual submission of the data in coordination with focal points of business segments/ support functions, through evidence seeking, and sample auditing by Internal Audit.
Participate in company\xe2\x80\x99s business plan cycle and strategy planning process, as appropriate, to provide timely feedback to drive performance-based organisation.
Develop KPI guidelines and supervise the sub-ordinates for preparing the templates and draft reports.
Provide \xe2\x80\x9clook-back\xe2\x80\x9d analysis of major strategic initiatives and projects.
Coordinates the development of annual Divisional Objectives across the Company. Ensures alignment with the Company Business Plan and manages quarterly reporting
Responsible for data accuracy and confidentiality; Ensure data management of all performance related job is sufficiently secured and maintained.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering/ Finance/ Marine preferred.
At least 6 years of experience in Performance Management and corporate reporting systems.
Hands on experience in business planning process
