Job Description

JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for the design, development, implementation and analyses on Corporate and Business Units Performance and production of corporate reports. This includes preparing and overseeing the execution of the Balanced Scorecard development, Targets setting, budget and performance reviews, performance reports (daily,weekly, monthly, quarterly reports), as well as being in charge of all activities related to external stakeholders SLAs, PMC and to the improvement of the ADNOC LNG Performance Management System. Liaises with other S&CD departments to ensure integration and coherence between performance management and strategic approaches and objectives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Job Specific Accountabilities Development of Performance Management Framework and Tools

Develop and maintain various Dashboards, economic and financial spreadsheets and models to facilitate qualitative and quantitative analysis/assessments of ADNOC LNG Corporate and Divisional performance. Undertake ad-hoc quantitative analytical assignments as requested. Develop, along with ADNOC the company's Corporate Performance Framework and measurement system across various business units. Collaborate with Business Units to validate/ confirm strategic performance objectives, measures and methods for tracking, reporting and course correction where necessary. Benchmark corporate performance and related processes against relevant energy companies in the region and globally.

Performance Monitoring, Reporting and Continuous Improvement Lead the development of Corporate and Divisional Performance Contracts to ensure that the contracts well measure the organization's ability to meet its objectives as set out in the Business Plan. Collect, consolidate, summarize and analyse performance related data and deliverables from various departments. Produce high quality daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and other ADHOC reports to in a timely and professional manner for distribution to ADNOC, International Shareholders & ADNOC LNG Senior Management. Provide routine updates to ADNOC LNG ETM and MTM on Corporate and Divisional Performance. Liaise as a focal point between ADNOC LNG and ADNOC HQ (relevant Business Line Directorate) for all information to be shared as requested from ADNOC HQ. Continuously monitor Corporate and Divisional Performance including tracking progress on initiatives/ projects and develop detailed performance reports for the Senior Management. Provide early warning signs to Senior Management on KPIs that are/ potentially underperforming including providing clear action plans for KPI recovery. Coordinate and integrate the input from various ADNOC LNG Divisions on the implementation of initiatives, systems and schemes related to the performance and efficiency enhancement as part of the organization's performance enhancement function. Demonstrate continuous improvement in the Performance Management section. Coordinates with various external stakeholders (ADNOC Offshore, ADNOC Gas Processing, ADNOC Technology etc) to develop SLAs, provide information and measures SLA performance periodically. Produce high quality Board and other Board Sub-Committee presentations and reports. Produce high quality presentations on various topics as required by the management. Support ADNOC LNG Senior Management in various Corporate Initiatives as directed.

Others: Safeguard own Health and Safety, as well as that of the fellow employees, by paying attention to safe work practices, maintaining a safe work environment and complying with applicable HSE requirements. Take action to INTERVENE and STOP any un-safe activity or non-compliance with HSE requirements, if witnessed, and report the incident - regardless of your position or that of the transgressor.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Economics/ Accountancy/ Business Management/ Finance/ Engineering or equivalent. A Post Graduate Degree or Certified Professional Qualifications like MBA/ CA/CPA/CMA/CFA is preferred. Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills: 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years with Corporate/ Business Strategy and/ or performance management. Prior experience with global energy majors, or consulting firms will be preferred. Professional Certifications: Certified Balanced Scorecard Professional. Certificates in Advanced Excel Modelling, Financial Modelling.
