Job Category: Physicians : Clinical Care:

Diagnose and manage chronic and acute pain conditions, including musculoskeletal pain, neuropathic pain, cancer pain, and postoperative pain.
Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing pharmacological, interventional, and non-pharmacological therapies.
Perform advanced interventional procedures such as nerve blocks, epidural injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation, and other minimally invasive techniques.

Patient Education and Support:

Educate patients and their families about pain management strategies and the expected outcomes of treatments.
Provide guidance on lifestyle changes, physical therapy, and psychological interventions to support long-term pain relief.

Collaboration and Multidisciplinary Care:

Work closely with anesthesiologists, neurologists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and other specialists to deliver comprehensive pain management services.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and ensure integrated care.

Education and Mentorship:

Train and mentor medical trainees, nurses, and allied health professionals in pain medicine principles and practices.
Organize and participate in continuing medical education (CME) activities and workshops related to pain management.

Qualifications:

Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
Board certification or equivalent in Pain Medicine, Anesthesiology, Neurology, or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) with specialized training in Pain Medicine.
Valid medical license to practice in UAE.
Expertise in managing a wide range of pain conditions using both interventional and non-interventional approaches.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
