Job Description
Execute pre-commissioning and commissioning of Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), ESD, Fire & Gas, and related safety systems on offshore facilities. Perform testing, loop checks, functional testing, and system integration with ICSS/DCS. Review and follow commissioning procedures, test packs, and handover documentation. Coordinate with construction, instrumentation, ICSS, and HSE teams to ensure safe and timely execution. Support offshore hook-up and commissioning (HUC) activities and brownfield modifications. Interface with clients, vendors, and third-party inspectors during testing and system acceptance. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and HSE requirements.
Requirements
15+ years of Oil & Gas experience with strong offshore projects experience. Proven experience in safety system commissioning (SIS, ESD, F&G) on offshore platforms. Hands-on exposure to WHTs, subsea cable & piping, and brownfield projects. Experience with fabrication yard pre-commissioning and offshore HUC activities. Strong knowledge of international safety standards and commissioning practices.
