Minimum Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline
Minimum Experience: 5 years

Sound banking knowledge
Sound knowledge of core consumer banking products
Strong excel skills
Exposure to data Analytics tools

- Create & perform Dialer strategies in coordination with Core Collections team for all consumer products.
- Perform daily uploads, downloads and importing of data and calling tables.
- Define, track & improve Dialer metrics for outbound calling processes.
- Responsible to achieve agency utilization rate defined as per the portfolio.
- Measure outbound dialing efficiencies across portfolio and recommend ways to improve the same.
- Keep a track of any downtime that impacts outbound dialing operations.
- Keep track of total PRI and GSM utilization rate
- Coordinate with IT & other departments to implement predictive & preview dialer as per the business requirement.
- Monitor inbound operations and control defined SLAs.
- Monitor integration with Collections System to ensure effective calling queues, data & feedback flow.
- Responsible for all aspects of the call center technology platform including conversational IVR, cloud-based contact center solutions, workforce management, and outbound dialing/campaign management.
- Scale and revamp the existing outbound calling solution to meet the rapidly growing business demands.
- Monitor and control Workforce Management, Break Schedules, Leave Management, etc
