Responsibilities (What You\'ll Be Doing)

Perform comprehensive reviews and analysis of clients\' financial records and documentation to assess compliance with VARA investor classification rules.

Complete comprehensive reviews of incoming customer onboarding cases, ensuring compliance with the Company\'s KYC standards and customer risk assessment.

Reviewing KYC/KYB documents provided by customers, utilizing our validation tools and reliable sources to verify documentation.

Request necessary CDD/EDD documentation from customers to complete the onboarding process in accordance with our KYC/KYB procedures.

Follow up on pending CDD/EDD requests, ensuring timely communication in line with agreed SLAs.

Investigating possible matches identified by the screening application, taking appropriate action to ensure compliance with sanctions, PEPs, and LEs regulations.

Provid management with insights into CDD/EDD issues as they arise.

Maintain a high-quality service level for customers and other departments, addressing queries professionally and escalating when necessary.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CDD function and maintain updated procedures.

Manage specific projects, which may arise from time to time.

What We Look For In You:

Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic.

Minimum of 2 years proven experience in conducting CDD/EDD reviews.

Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, particularly Dubai VARA requirements.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Well-organised, detail-oriented, diplomatic-sound and with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
