To complete BAU (Business-As-Usual) processes for capital management
To gain Capital Management and Regulatory Capital knowledge with a view longer term to provide advice to the business on these areas
To provide support on projects across Group Treasury.

To gain Capital Management and Regulatory Capital knowledge with a view longer term to provide advice to the business on these areas
To provide support on projects across Group Treasury.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Compute, load, and reconcile the equity charge.
- Compile and Load KRIs across Group Treasury
- Calculate and forecast forward AT1 dividends and share with relevant stakeholders.
- Knowledge of CBAUE capital, liquidity, and funding regulations would be beneficial, if no experience in this space a strong desire to gain this knowledge including self-directed learning.
- Assist with Operational Risk reviews and Business Continuity Planning for Capital Management and Group Treasury more broadly.
- Provide assistance across Group Treasury as required.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor\'s degree in finance or quantitative discipline.
- Professional accounting qualification would be beneficial but not mandatory.
- Additional qualifications such as CFA, FRM beneficial but not mandatory
- Banking experience would be beneficial but not necessary.
- Strong knowledge of banking products across Consumer, Commercial and Investment Banking would be beneficial.
