At Ebrahim K. Kanoo, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our business. To be considered for this position, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Management or a relevant field, along with 4-6 years of experience in a similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will be responsible for building positive relationships and creating opportunities for collaboration and growth within the organization. The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and thrive in dynamic and rapidly changing business settings is highly valued. As a Specialist, you will utilize your analytical skills to gather, interpret, and draw insights from data, enabling informed decision-making and optimizing sales strategies. Your problem-solving abilities will be put to use as you address challenges efficiently and make timely decisions. Confidentiality and integrity are paramount in this role, as you will handle sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The selected candidate will be responsible for addressing system issues relating to ERP, ICT and Salesforce etc., and providing technical support in collaboration with internal stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner to maintain smooth operations, Preparing and managing service package pricing and contracts, ensuring service campaigns and packages are in alignment with customer requirements, organizational vision and mission. Gathering, organizing, and analyzing various data relating to customer satisfaction, retention, marketing campaign effectiveness and other success measures, ensuring to highlight areas of concern to the appropriate internal parties. The selected candidate will also be contributing to the preparation and submission of budget proposals, ensuring to adhere to the defined financial procedures and collaborating with the necessary internal stakeholders as and when required. Developing and managing project plans, tracking project progress and identifying any potential roadblocks that may hinder progress. Conducting feasibility studies to assess viability and potential impact of new projects.
