Description

Product Management Information
Produce product management information to ensure accurate monitoring of product performance indicators and complete ongoing product controlling to facilitate internal product management reviews for key stakeholders
2.
Portfolio Management
Review and monitor customers portfolios to ensure portfolio quality; portfolio composition; risk recognition; accounts strategy and industry intelligence are aligned with the bank\xe2\x80\x99s risk strategy and market conditions
3.
Reconciliation and Monitoring
Reconcile business performance reports to ensure outstanding items are minimised in line with bank\xe2\x80\x99s requirements
4.
Business Analysis
Complete comprehensive business analysis and create business review presentations to highlight efficiency improvements to support overall business growth
5.
System Maintenance and Development
Maintain the respective business performance systems and toolkits to ensure information is input as required to process and complete all business performance monitoring activities
6.
Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures
Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders

Self-Management
Manage self in line with the bank\xe2\x80\x99s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Minimum Experience
At least 4 years of experience in banking / financial services
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in relevant specialisation
