: MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE To design and create the layout of the marketing material as briefed by flydubai Customer Experience, Brand & Communications (CEBC) team and internal stakeholders, ensuring all creative outputs are innovative and created adhering to high standards of creativity and authenticity to reflect the brand unique identity, align with the brand guidelines and support business objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides performance feedback to identify areas for improvement and performance management concerns and implement the necessary changes into practice to enhance the results of subsequent projects.
Leads the design and its development for strategic projects ensuring creative excellence, innovation and timely delivery.
Leverages all relevant systems and procedures to adhere to departmental protocols, while ensuring that team members are thoroughly trained and fully compliant with CEBC Content & Graphics Unit (CGU) standards, fostering a streamlined and efficient workflow.
Preforms regular audits to ensure the consistent maintenance of high standards, identifying areas for improvement and reinforcing best practices across all project and CGU operations.
Ensures creative projects meet deadlines, manages risks to avoid potential delays or cost overruns, and meets active creative projects Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Leads the development of creative content in alignment with flydubai and CEBC principles and brand guidelines, while safeguarding brand integrity by continuously monitoring market and business changes, and promptly taking corrective action when deviation is identified.
Ensures a deep understanding of target audiences, market initiatives and strategic positioning to ensure that these insights are applied consistently applied across all creative and marketing projects to drive cohesive and impactful messaging.
Manages resources to ensure projects are completed concept to execution as planned, while keeping all internal and external stakeholders consistently informed on project status and deliverable, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the process.
Present in meetings, workshops, etc., finalised creative design ideas to the stakeholders and facilitate constructive feedback to enhance the outcomes projects.
Oversees and assigns priorities to several projects, ensuring that every deliverable complies with flydubai's requirements, standards and guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
Fluent in English & Arabic
Proven experience in finalising artwork in an agency. Proven ability to adapt
